Massage Therapy Treatments Are Available in 30, 45, 60, 75, and 90-minute sessions

Relaxation & Stress Relief

Designed to calm the nervous system, ease stress, and bring the body back into balance.

Relaxation Massage

A gentle, flowing treatment designed to help your body unwind and your mind slow down.

This style of massage works with your nervous system to reduce stress, ease muscle tension, and support deeper rest. As your body begins to relax, patterns of tightness and restriction naturally soften, allowing for improved movement and an overall sense of ease.

Perfect for those experiencing stress, fatigue, or difficulty sleeping, this treatment creates space for your body to reset and return to a more balanced, peaceful state.

Hot Stone Massage

A deeply calming, full-body treatment using warm basalt stones throughout the entire session.

Unlike treatments where heat is applied to a small area, this massage fully incorporates hot stones to gently melt away tension, allowing muscles to relax more deeply and effortlessly. The warmth penetrates the body, helping to ease tightness, improve circulation, and create a profound sense of comfort and calm.

Perfect for those looking to unwind, release built-up tension, and experience a deeply soothing, grounding treatment.

Therapeutic & Deep Work

Focused treatments designed to relieve tension, reduce pain, and restore movement.

Therapeutic Massage

A focused, personalized treatment designed to relieve tension while still allowing your body to relax.

This style of massage works deeper than relaxation treatments, targeting specific areas of discomfort, tightness, or imbalance. While more intentional in its approach, it is always performed in a way that supports the nervous system — ensuring your body feels safe, supported, and able to release tension effectively.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs and comfort level. Pressure and technique are adjusted to what your body responds to best, creating a treatment that is both effective and deeply restorative.

Deep Tissue Massage

A focused, slow-paced treatment designed to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia to release chronic tension and restore mobility.

This technique works beyond the surface, using intentional pressure and specific movements to access areas of deeper restriction. You may be guided to gently engage certain muscles during the session, helping to reach and release deeper fibers more effectively.

This is our deepest pressure treatment and is best suited for those who prefer or require more intensive work. Throughout the session, communication is encouraged to ensure the pressure remains effective while still working within your comfort and tolerance.

Myofascial Release

A specialized, hands-on treatment that works with the fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, bones, and organs.

Over time, this tissue can become tight or restricted due to stress, injury, or repetitive movement patterns. Myofascial release uses slow, sustained pressure to gently ease these restrictions, allowing the body to unwind and restore more natural movement.

Rather than forcing change, this approach works with your body, giving it the time and space it needs to release tension at a deeper level. Many clients experience improved mobility, reduced discomfort, and a greater sense of ease and alignment throughout the body.

This treatment is ideal for those experiencing chronic tension, limited range of motion, or lingering areas of tightness that haven’t responded to other techniques.

Acupressure Neck Massage
Myofascial Cupping

A focused treatment that uses cupping therapy throughout the session to support deep release, improved circulation, and overall tissue health.

Unlike treatments where cupping is used on specific areas, this session fully incorporates cups as the primary technique. Gentle suction lifts the tissues, helping to release tightness, increase blood flow, and encourage the body’s natural healing processes.

This approach can be both deeply therapeutic and surprisingly relaxing. It supports the release of tension, assists with lymphatic movement, and helps the body clear built-up stagnation in a way that complements traditional massage techniques.

Ideal for those who enjoy cupping or are looking for a different approach to relieving tension and restoring balance within the body.

Specialized Treatments

Targeted therapies for specific conditions, recovery, or deeper system support.

Craniosacral Therapy

A gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses light touch to release subtle restrictions within the body and support the nervous system.

This deeply calming approach works with the body’s natural rhythms, helping to quiet the mind, ease tension, and create space for the body to restore itself. Rather than using pressure, craniosacral therapy invites a sense of stillness, allowing the body to shift into a state of deep rest and balance.

Many clients experience relief from stress, tension, and fatigue, along with improved clarity and an overall sense of calm and well-being. It is a nurturing, supportive treatment that meets your body where it is and encourages it back toward a place of harmony and ease.

Leg Massage Therapy
Lymphatic Drainage

A gentle, feather-light treatment designed to support the body’s natural detoxification and fluid balance.

Using soft, rhythmic movements, this technique encourages the movement of lymphatic fluid, helping to reduce swelling, ease congestion, and support overall circulation. It is especially beneficial following injury or surgery, and for those experiencing fluid retention, sinus congestion, or migraines.

This treatment works subtly yet effectively, creating a calming experience while supporting the body’s natural healing processes.

Intraoral TMJ Massage

A focused, therapeutic treatment designed to relieve tension in the jaw, face, and surrounding muscles.

This technique works with both external and intraoral (inside the mouth) muscles to address TMJ dysfunction, jaw pain, headaches, and facial tension. By gently releasing areas that are often difficult to access, this treatment can help improve jaw mobility, reduce discomfort, and ease associated symptoms such as tension headaches and clenching.

Your initial appointment includes a thorough assessment to better understand your symptoms, movement patterns, and areas of restriction. From there, each session is tailored to your comfort level and specific needs.

This treatment is performed with care, clear communication, and your full consent at every step, creating a safe and supportive experience throughout.

Prenatal & Supportive Care

Gentle, nurturing treatments designed to support the body through life transitions.

Pre/Post Natal Massage

A supportive, nurturing treatment designed to care for the body during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

This specialized approach helps relieve tension, reduce physical discomfort, and promote relaxation as your body changes and adapts. Gentle, tailored techniques are used to support areas commonly affected during this time, such as the lower back, hips, shoulders, and legs.

During pregnancy, this treatment can help ease muscle strain, reduce swelling, and create space for rest and connection. In the postpartum phase, it supports recovery, helping the body regain balance while offering a moment of care and restoration.

Each session is adapted to your stage of pregnancy or recovery, ensuring comfort, safety, and support throughout.
