If you are not currently a gym member, you will be required to pay for a Day Pass for each personal training session.

This option blends individual attention with shared motivation, allowing you to stay accountable, build strength, and progress together in a supportive environment.

If you are not currently a gym member, you will be required to pay for a Day Pass for each personal training session.

$110 + GST (Single Session)

Kettlebell Workout Focus

3 On 1 Personal Training

A small group training experience that combines expert coaching with a motivating, team-based atmosphere.

With three participants, sessions focus on guided instruction, proper technique, and progressive training while maintaining a supportive and engaging environment that keeps you accountable and consistent.

If you are not currently a gym member, you will be required to pay for a Day Pass for each personal training session.

$125 + GST (Single Session)

Group Fitness Class

4 On 1 Personal Training

A dynamic small group training option designed to build strength, confidence, and consistency in a motivating group setting.

With four participants, sessions emphasize structured workouts, functional movement, and shared energy, while still ensuring proper guidance and attention to form.

If you are not currently a gym member, you will be required to pay for a Day Pass for each personal training session.

I’m a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and corrective exercise specialist, focused on helping people rebuild their bodies when pain, past injuries, or inconsistent training have made fitness feel frustrating or confusing.

My approach is centered around two key principles: moving better and getting stronger in a way that’s sustainable.

That means we don’t just chase intensity — we focus on identifying and strengthening weak links, improving movement patterns, and building strength that supports your joints and fits your real life.

Whether you’re returning from injury, dealing with ongoing discomfort, or simply looking for a smarter way to train, my goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and capable in your body again.
