HI! I'm Charlotte. My yoga journey began over 25 years ago while seeking pain relief that traditional treatments couldn’t provide.
Through daily Hatha practice, I've discovered the healing benefits of balance, stillness, and inner connection.
Passionate about honoring the body, I invite students to explore breath, awareness, and deeper self-connection in supportive, inclusive classes that build strength, flexibility, and presence. Off the mat, Charlotte enjoys creativity at home, camping, and time with friends and family.
