HATHA YOGA

This class explores the core principles of traditional yoga, using poses (asanas) and breathwork (pranayama) to help you find balance within yourself. You'll build physical and mental strength and flexibility, and explore different forms of meditation.

Yin Yoga

​​​Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints. Poses are held longer to gently stretch areas often overlooked, while encouraging mindfulness, inward awareness, and calm breathing through sensation.

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa is a flow class incorporating the breath with movement, creating a more dynamic practice. By linking breath to each posture, practitioners build internal heat (tapas), which supports stamina, flexibility, and strength.

HI! I'm Charlotte. My yoga journey began over 25 years ago while seeking pain relief that traditional treatments couldn’t provide.

 

Through daily Hatha practice, I've discovered the healing benefits of balance, stillness, and inner connection.

 

Passionate about honoring the body, I invite students to explore breath, awareness, and deeper self-connection in supportive, inclusive classes that build strength, flexibility, and presence. Off the mat, Charlotte enjoys creativity at home, camping, and time with friends and family.
