Meet Our Trainer
Hi, I'm Justin
a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and corrective exercise specialist. I help people rebuild their body when pain, old injuries, or years of random training have made fitness feel confusing or frustrating.
My coaching is built around two things: moving better and getting stronger in a way you can actually sustain. That means we do not just chase sweat, we fix weak links, build joint-friendly strength, and create a plan that fits your real life.
What I do:

Nutrition coaching to simplify eating, support energy, and build habits that stick long term

Athletic performance training for youth and adults, speed, power, conditioning, and durable movement skills

Jump training and vertical development, get more explosive without wrecking your knees or tendons
