Be Empowered: A Special Event for Family Violence Prevention Month
This will be an inspiring and informative evening of short films followed by a panel discussion and Q&A with Mona Gill (Edmonton Police Service Detective and survivor of domestic violence), Cat Champagne (Director, Alberta Council of Women’s Shelters) and Jill Dean (President, Lives in Transition). Free on-site Kids Self-Defense Class for ages 6 and up and light dinner will be provided.
