Thrive Local Wellness is located in the beautiful Village of Wabamun, Alberta. We are currently a team of 4 RMTs, a Reiki Master, and 3 amazing admin staff who all live in Parkland County. We offer mostly all modalities of massage, including deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, intraoral TMJ, pre and post natal, sports motor vehicle accident claims, hot stone, myofascial cupping, relaxation, reiki and energy work.
WE DIRECT BILL
We direct bill all major insurance companies! Please be aware of the details of your policy prior to booking as we cannot see your personal insurance information. Only you are privy to your personal benefits details, so making sure your policy allows for direct billing, and that you have a doctor's note for massage if needed, can help avoid hiccups in the billing process.

My RMT was Tina and she made my session extremely relaxing, made me feel welcome and super comfortable. I’m very sensitive in certain areas and she communicated well with me and respected some of the areas that are highly sensitive and had me completely relaxed. This is probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The shop smells amazing and it’s super clean and welcoming. Definitely a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Kirra is passionate about what she does and is an exceptional massage therapist. She is thorough and takes the time to explain everything! She always gives me great tips for stretches and exercises I can try to help relieve tension. She is beyond knowledgeable about the human body and this comes through as soon as I ask her a question about a specific muscle. I have been going to Kirra for over 2 years now and couldn’t imagine going to see anyone else! Before I met her I had went to several massage therapists but just hadn’t found the right one. After going to see Kirra once and her being able to help address some of the pain and issues I was dealing with, I knew I would be coming back and have seen her ever since. If you want a massage therapist who will listen to your needs and develop an individualized treatment to address your body then she is definitely the one!
